What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $29.00. 

Can I make changes to my order?

No, it is not possible to make changes to an order already placed. 

Can I cancel my order? How do I do it?

Yes, it may be possible to cancel an order, as long as it has not been processed yet. To cancel, send an email to with your name, email and order number.

We will do our best to cancel your order, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Orders that are being processed or have been shipped can no longer be cancelled.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How long does refunds take?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, purchases are non-refundable. However, in the case that a refund is issued it may take up to 5-10 business days to be reflected on credit card statements. Please note, refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment is removed from the bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.


Where do you ship to?

Yes, except Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States. 

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat-fee of $19.99 for shipping. Free shipping on orders over $99 (after discounts and before taxes).

When will I receive my order?

Orders from our distribution centre are usually shipped within 2 -3 business days. However, due to current precautions and increased volume, orders may take up to 5 - 10 business days to ship. 



Will my pizzas arrive frozen?

Yes, pizzas need to be kept cold and put in the freezer as soon as they arrive.

What about other products? If other products arrived thawed, is it still good for consumption?

Yes, our bread products ship frozen but if they are thawed out by the time they arrive, that’s okay. You can still enjoy them, worry free :)

The ice packs and insulated lining help keep the products protected during shipment. For a longer journey, the ice packs might melt away but that doesn’t mean the products have spoiled. 

Products can be either popped in the fridge for up to 30 days, or into the freezer and they will be good for up to a year.

Can I refreeze Unbun products?

Yes, it’s totally fine to refreeze most Unbun products. You can refreeze our breads, bagels, baguettes, and tortillas, but not pizza which need to be cooked from frozen. And we're speaking not just as a company, but as consumers of the products we sell :) 

How long do Unbun products last?
Products will be good for up to 30 days in the refrigerator and up to a year in the freezer.

What if there is a missing item on my order? Or if I received the wrong product?

In the rare case of receiving a wrong product or missing item, please reach out to We’ll fix the issue right away!

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

How should I store my Unbun products?

You can either store our products in the fridge or in the freezer. Products will be good for up to 30 days in the refrigerator and up to a year in the freezer.

How to best thaw Unbun products?

We recommend thawing our products on the countertop or lightly microwaving for 10-15 seconds. Once thawed, products can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.⁠ 

Our Uncrust can be thrown right in the oven from frozen, directly on the rack!⁠

Our pizzas should also be baked right from frozen, directly on the rack!
