What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $29.00.
Can I make changes to my order?
No, it is not possible to make changes to an order already placed.
Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order please write to us at inquiry@unbunfoods.com as soon as possible, make sure to include your name, order number and email address. We will do our best to cancel your order, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process or has been shipped.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-fee of $9.99 for shipping on orders $80 or less.
Free shipping will apply on orders over $80 (after discounts and before taxes).
How long does it take to ship orders?
Orders from our distribution centre are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and sometimes Thursdays via UPS. We ship on these days in order to prevent orders from being held up on the weekends.
Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after shipment via UPS.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the continental United Stated but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.

My order arrived without refrigeration. Is it still good?
Yes. We use a modified atmospheric packaging so products will arrive to your home at ambient temperature and are safe to consume. These products should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer once they arrive.
How long do Unbun products last?
Products will be good for 10-12 days in the refrigerator and up to a year from the manufacturing date when stored in the freezer.
There is an issue with my order. What can I do?
In the rare case of receiving a wrong product or missing item, please reach out to inquiry@unbunfoods.com and we’ll fix the issue as quickly as we can! Include your name, order number, and email. We'll get back to you weekdays within 24-48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay, and Google Pay.Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, purchases are non-refundable. However, in the case that a refund is issued it may take up to 5-10 business days to be reflected on credit card statements. Please note, refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment is removed from the bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.Delivery

How should I store my Unbun products?
You can either store our products in the refrigerator for 10-12 days or in the freezer for up to a year from the manufacturing date.
What is the shelf life for Unbun products?
Our products are 100% preservative-free, so they're best kept refrigerated or frozen. In the fridge, products will keep for 10-12 days.
For a longer shelf life, store products in the freezer and take them out as needed. Products are good for 1 year from the manufacturing date when stored in the freezer.
Can I refreeze Unbun products?
Yes, it’s fine to refreeze our products. We recommend that you separate them before freezing so they don't stick together in the freezing process.
How should I thaw Unbun products?
We recommend thawing our products on the countertop or lightly microwaving for 10-15 seconds.
Where can I find information about ingredients and nutritional information?
Information about product-specific ingredients and nutritional information can be found at unbunfoods.com/unproducts.
Are products kosher certified?
Yes, our products are certified kosher by Orthodox Union bearing the OU-D certification on all packaging (excluding our pizzas).

I applied the discount code but the discount was not applied. What should I do?
