High Protein Pizza Toast

Forget boring buttery toast for breakfast, why not have pizza toast instead? With only a few ingredients, it's quick to make and you can customize it to your liking. Made on Unbun Complete Protein Bread, it packs a lot of protein (complete protein to specific) and with very little carbs. Who doesn't want to start the day off with pizza??
Ingredients:
2 slices of Unbun Complete Protein Bread
2-4 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
2 Slices of Deli Meat (or any toppings of your choice)
Optional: Garlic Powder and Basil - if you like these spices you can add a little to the pizza sauce for added flavour
Directions:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400 °F
- 2. While you over is preheating, lightly toast the bread slices and allow to cool
- 3. Spread 1-2 Tbsp of Pizza sauce on each slice of bread
- 4. Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce( about 1/4 cup per slice of bread)
- 5. Cut deli meat into small pieces or any other toppings you might want to add
- 6. Spread the topping evenly on top of the cheese
- 7. Bake at 400 until the cheese is melted ( about 8-10 minutes)
- Enjoy hot
