The highly anticipated Untortilla has launched! Now that’s oughta give you something to taco ‘bout!

We have teased you for far too long, but hey, distance makes the heart grow fonder…right? Unbun Foods roster of Unproducts keeps on growing, and we are excited for you to try our new Untortillas.

Untortillas are plant-based, keto-friendly, paleo & gluten-free, and just like our other Unproducts, they taste delicious. Simple, yet so much more than what you’re used to tasting in a regular old tortilla. We believe you should never have to choose between taste and nutrition, you can have the best of both worlds with Untortillas!

Untortilla Nachos:

Ingredients:
 1 pack Unbun Foods Untortillas
1/3 cup black beans
2 tbsp red onion
2 tbsp tomato
2 tbsp cilantro
½ jalapeno
¼ cup salsa
¼ cup guacamole
½ cup cheese
Sprinkle of garlic and chili powder
 
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Place Untortillas on pan, brush each side with oil.
  3. Slice Untortillas into quarters.
  4. Sprinkle Untortillas with chili powder, garlic powder and salt on the top.
  5. Bake for 15 minute until the Untortillas are crispy.
  6. Assemble them in a pile in the middle of the baking sheet.
  7. Begin to top the chips with cheese, black beans and red onion.
  8. Bake for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Top with tomato, cilantro, jalapeno and have salsa and guacamole on the side.
