If you’re looking for some grilling inspiration, try this gluten-free/paleo recipe out:
1 pack Unbuns
2 Cans wild sockeye salmon
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
1/2 Leek, chopped
2 tsp capers
2 tsp Dijon
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp coconut oil
1-2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
s&p to taste
1. Mash all ingredients (aside from the Keto Buns) together in a big bowl. When making patties, squeeze out the excess liquid while forming the patty so they don’t form a big mushy mess.
2. Put them on a non stick pan and flip every few minutes until both sides are golden brown.
3. Add Unbuns and your favourite toppings and enjoy!
