Lobster Rolls for the win!

Escapism through food is a great way to lift our spirits, get us out of a recipe rut, and bring a little adventure to cooking at home.  Kirsten Buck, of Buck Naked Kitchen has brought us just that - her Lobster Rolls on Unbuns recipe is a break from the norm, and one that will take you on a little trip.  While you might not associate lobster rolls with April, we do think that making them now will help to transport you to a warm summer day in the Canadian Maritimes or Maine, bring a little spring to your step, and a smile to your face.
