With American Thanksgiving around the corner, we wanted to make sure that everyone has a seat at that deliciously indulgent table, no matter their dietary restrictions or preferences — and this cheesy, garlicky, grain-free Pull-Apart Bread doesn’t disappoint, we promise!

Ingredients ⁠

4-6 Unbun grain free buns
Filling:
1 beaten egg⁠
2 tbsp melted butter ⁠
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning⁠
3 teaspoons garlic powder⁠
1 ½ teaspoons salt⁠
1 tsp Chilli flakes ⁠
¼ cup grated parmesan⁠
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded⁠
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese⁠

Topping:
1 tablespoon melted butter⁠
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley⁠
½ teaspoon garlic powder⁠

Method⁠

1. In a deep baking dish, arrange the buns close to each other. Make a cross cut in the centre of each bun.⁠

2. In a separate bowl add all the ingredients of the filling and mix it nicely. Fill this into the buns and spread the extra on the sides and top.⁠

3. Top it with nice melted butter, garlic powder and chopped fresh parsley.⁠

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins and broil for 2 more mins or until everything turns golden and smells great.⁠
