With American Thanksgiving around the corner, we wanted to make sure that everyone has a seat at that deliciously indulgent table, no matter their dietary restrictions or preferences — and this cheesy, garlicky, grain-free Pull-Apart Bread doesn’t disappoint, we promise!

4-6 Unbun grain free buns
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 tsp Chilli flakes
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1. In a deep baking dish, arrange the buns close to each other. Make a cross cut in the centre of each bun.
2. In a separate bowl add all the ingredients of the filling and mix it nicely. Fill this into the buns and spread the extra on the sides and top.
3. Top it with nice melted butter, garlic powder and chopped fresh parsley.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins and broil for 2 more mins or until everything turns golden and smells great.
