Recipe: Paleo Salmon Burgers

This is about to go down on the grill this week!  We love seeing all of the epic recipes you guys create incorporating our products.  It makes us so happy, and so hungry.

This Paleo Salmon Burger recipe shout-out goes to Alyse Michele, so thank her for drooling all over your device!

If you're looking for some grilling inspiration, try this gluten-free/paleo recipe out:

Ingredients:

1 pack Keto Buns
2 Cans wild sockeye salmon
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
1/2 Leek, chopped
2 tsp capers
2 tsp Dijon
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp coconut oil
1-2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
s&p to taste

Instructions:
1. Mash all ingredients (aside from the Keto Buns) together in a big bowl. When making patties, squeeze out the excess liquid while forming the patty so they don't form a big mushy mess.

2. Put them on a non stick pan and flip every few minutes until both sides are golden brown.

3. Add a Keto Bun and your favourite toppings and enjoy!
