Recipe of the Month: Unbun French Toast

It’s love month, show someone how much they mean to you by making our Unbun French Toast!  Or treat yourself in the ultimate testament of self-love!  It is one of our favourite ways to enjoy the goods!  It requires minimal time in the kitchen, but it is absolutely a homerun!  The recipe is gluten, grain, and dairy-free + paleo & keto.

Ingredients

  • 2 Unbun’s cut in half, lengthwise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk alternative
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt 1tsp coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together egg, milk alternative, and cinnamon.  Dip each Unbun half into the mixture until fully coated.
  3. Fry in pan for 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Serve w/ fresh berries + your fave sugar-free syrup (or maple syrup!
  5. Enjoy!
